Orders will be processed on business days (Monday to Friday) excluding Saturdays, Sundays and public holidays; and usually take about 2 business days to be processed. Delivery can take place from Mondays to Saturdays, excluding public holidays.
Remote Area Surcharge
Additional charges will be incurred if your shipping address is located in a “remote area”. You may view our list of postal codes within your country that would result in additional remote area charges. We will be in touch with you for payment of this surcharge when we are about to process your order.
Note that this list is generated by our courier and will be updated periodically as new areas are served. If you are unsure of whether your delivery address falls within the “remote area” category, you may write in to us at email@example.com for more information.
Address Correction Surcharge
Additional charges will be incurred if your shipping address needs to be changed after your order has been processed. Kindly check all details carefully before placing your order. You may write in to us at firstname.lastname@example.org for more information.
We currently do not offer Express Shipping as a selection when placing the order. Please email us at email@example.com should you require that so that we will be able to accurately quote you for it.
Customs and Duty Charges
We are not responsible for any duties and taxes incurred at your local custom for the delivery of your order. You will be required to make payment for such duties and taxes if applicable. Please contact your local customs to be sure of the applicable fees before placing your order.
Please note that in the event of a rejected parcel or refund approved, a deduction of shipping fees will be applied, with only the nett amount to be refunded accordingly thereafter.

REPAIRS (FOR SINGAPORE, MALAYSIA AND VIETNAM ONLY)
Our standard procedure for repairs is as follows:
1. Bring the product to any of our stores and pass it to our Retail Sales Associate
2. All products must be sent to our repair centre for a full assessment
3. You will be contacted with a confirmation quote (if any) and estimated repair period
4. Please allow up to 7 days for evaluation and response;
(a) Singapore: 1- 2 weeks for repair work
(b) Malaysia: 1 - 2 months for repair work
(c) Vietnam: 2 - 7 days for repair work
5. Payment (if any) will be made upon collection (at the same location)
If you are unable to send your product to one of our stores, please contact us to make arrangements.
RETURNS / EXCHANGES POLICY
Should you receive an incorrect or defective item, you may return or exchange them by emailing us.
Defective items are defined as items that have missing parts, deep scratches or obvious blemishes and stains. The following are not considered as defects:
- Uneven textures or colour hues on leather surfaces. Natural leathers are unique in form and texture. Also, tonal variations, creases or veins are part of their intrinsic features.
- Creases on leather exterior. Leather is malleable and the shape of the bag is dependent on the stuffing placed in it.
- Loose threads.
- Non-shiny hardware. Some designs are meant to emulate an aged or antique look. As such, the hardware may be subject to natural distressing to yield a rustic appearance.
Item(s) must be unused and is in its original purchase condition. That includes the original product packaging, manufacturer’s containers, documentation, tags, warranty cards, manuals and all accessories. If any defect noticed upon receipt, product should remain unused. Once used, no exchange is applicable.
Returns will not be accepted if damages on items are random and accidental, or are resulted from you using it.
TOCCO TOSCANO will do an inspection to ensure that the item is in its original condition before approving the return or exchange.
Returns or exchanges must be made within 14 days of purchase.
Only items that are purchased at TOCCOTOSCANO.com can be returned online. For items that are purchased in stores, please approach the respective TOCCO TOSCANO counters in stores for assistance.
Returns and exchanges for orders made at TOCCOTOSCANO.com will NOT be accepted at TOCCO TOSCANO’s counter at departmental stores.
Discounted items, including items that are purchased using discount codes or store vouchers, are not eligible for returns or exchanges unless otherwise stated.
TOCCO TOSCANO’s decisions on returns and exchanges are final.
Refunds will be made via store vouchers or credit slips and the amount will be based on the item value on the invoice, excluding shipping fees.
TOCCO TOSCANO will do an inspection to ensure that the item is in its original condition before processing the refund.
