We ship worldwide! However, shipping to these countries/regions have been suspended:
  • Russia
  • Ukraine
  • Belarus
  • Peru (standard shipping)

What shipping options are available?
We offer standard shipping and express shipping options (processed via DHL Express or FedEx).

Do note that insurance/loss coverage is not available under the standard shipping option and we are not responsible for any lost parcels or unsuccessful deliveries. Please opt for express shipping when checking out if you require your parcel urgently or your location does not have a reliable post service.

How much does shipping cost?
SINGAPORE
Free standard shipping on all Singapore orders (except Sentosa & Jurong Island).

SOUTHEAST ASIA* & HONG KONG
Enjoy free standard shipping on all orders SGD150 and above. A flat rate of SGD30 will be charged for standard shipping for purchases below SGD150 in a single order.

GCC COUNTRIES**
A flat rate of SGD80 is applicable to all orders.

REST OF THE WORLD
Enjoy free standard shipping on all orders SGD300 and above. A rate of SGD45 to SGD75 will be charged for standard shipping for purchases below SGD300 in a single order, depending on the delivery location.

International express shipping (3 to 7 business days) is available at SGD40 for orders below SGD150, and SGD80 for orders $150 and above.

For pre-orders, selecting express shipping would mean that your order will be prioritised and dispatched first, when fulfilment begins once the shipment arrives.

Please note that shipping fees EXCLUDE customs duties and taxes. We are not responsible for any duties and taxes incurred at your local customs for the delivery of your order. Please contact your local customs to be sure of the applicable fees before placing the order.

Remote area charges may also apply.

How long will it take for my product to arrive?
Usual estimated shipping duration: SINGAPORE Standard Shipping : 3 to 5 working days REST OF THE WORLD Express Shipping : 3 to 7 working days Standard Shipping : 12 to 35 working days  You may contact us if in doubt or require a tighter estimate based on your geolocation. Orders* will be processed on working days (Monday to Friday) excluding Saturdays, Sundays and public holidays; and will take approximately 5 working days. Delivery may take place from Mondays to Saturdays, excluding public holidays. *Items on pre-order will ship by the estimated delivery date stated on the product page. Orders containing in-stock items and multiple pre-order dates will ship on the latest date.
I need my purchase urgently. Do you offer same-day delivery?
In the event you require an urgent delivery, you may opt for same-day delivery at a fee of SGD50 (for Singapore orders only). Please write to us at enquiries@toscano-intl.com with your order number and request. Please note that the order cut-off time for same-day delivery is at 12 PM. Orders made after 12 PM will be delivered the next day.
Do I have to pay customs duties and taxes?
You will be required to make payment for customs duties and taxes if applicable. We are not responsible for any duties and taxes incurred at your local customs for the delivery of your order. Refunds will not be issued for parcels refused or rejected at customs.

To avoid surprises, we recommend checking with your local customs to be sure of the applicable fees before placing the order.
Can you under-declare so that I won’t have to pay customs?
Unfortunately, we are unable to do so as it would be dishonest. Also, we will be at risk of being fined by your customs authority.
What are remote area charges and why do they exist?
“Remote areas” are defined as areas that are outside the standard routes taken by our couriers. As these routes are visited less frequently, additional charges will be incurred if your shipping address is located in a “remote area”. You may view our list of postal codes within your country that would result in additional remote area charges. Note that this list is generated by our courier and will be updated periodically. If you are unsure whether your delivery address falls within the “remote area” category, you may contact us at enquiries@toscano-intl.com for more information.
Can I change/cancel my order? Will I get a refund?
Unfortunately, we are typically unable to cancel or make changes once you place your order as it will be processed automatically. However, if you notice the mistake straight away, please reach out to us at enquiries@toscano-intl.com and we will help you as best we can.
Can I return a product immediately upon receipt if I’m not happy with it?
We do not cater to “change of mind” returns. Please refer to our Returns Policy for more information.

Terms

Returns & Exchanges
Returns & Exchanges will be based on the channel of purchase and their respective policies. (Example: Tocco Toscano products purchased via LazMall Singapore are subject to Lazada’s Return Policy.) Return/Exchange requests can be made only if they satisfy these conditions:
  • The product is used for the purpose intended
  • The product is used under normal conditions
  • The product is not subject to extreme conditions, neglect, accidents or abuse
In order to make a Return/Exchange request, please email us at enquiries@toscano-intl.com with:
  • Your order details
  • Your reason for a product return/exchange (include photographs where appropriate)
We will get back to you within the next two working days. Please check your purchase(s) carefully upon checkout as we are typically unable to make changes once you place your order. Note that monogrammed products are not eligible for returns and exchanges unless the item is defective. All items must be returned in its original condition and in the original Tocco Toscano packaging.
Refunds
For a Return/Exchange due to receiving the wrong item or a defective product, we will do an inspection to ensure that the item is in its original condition before approving the return or exchange. Tocco Toscano’s decisions on returns and exchanges are final. Once your return is approved, your refund will be credited back to the original form of payment used for the purchase or by way of bank transfer if the original form of payment gateway used for the purchase is expired. If a refund is not credited to you after 10 working days, please email enquiries@toscano-intl.com for assistance. Please note that it may take up to 1 month for the refund to be reflected in your bank statement.
