We are based in Singapore.
What currency are your prices in?
Our prices are listed in SGD (Singapore Dollars).
What modes of payment do you accept?
We accept VISA, Mastercard, American Express, Android Pay, Google Pay, Apple Pay, Paypal, Shop Pay and PayNow.

We also accept instalment payments via ShopBack PayLater, Atome and PayLater by Grab. Kindly note that instalment payments are only available for Singapore orders.

Orders will only be confirmed and processed after payment is made.
Do I have to pay customs duties and taxes?
You will be required to make payment for customs duties and taxes if applicable. We are not responsible for any duties and taxes incurred at your local custom for the delivery of your order. Kindly contact your local customs to be sure of the applicable fees before placing your order.
Do you have a product warranty?
Yes, we do! We offer a 1-year warranty for products purchased on www.toccotoscano.com only. Tocco Toscano products purchased through our online and offline stores such as department stores, LazMall Singapore, Shopee Singapore, KrisShop and TikTok Shop are not eligible for warranty. Please refer to our warranty termsfor more information.
How do I create an account?
Creating an account enables you to participate in our loyalty program and keep track of your order history. To create an account, simply click on the ‘Sign In’ button located above the navigation bar. Then, click on ‘Sign Up’ below the login button to create a new account. You will receive an email prompting you to activate your account. Click on the link provided in the email to create your password and activate your account. You will then receive an account confirmation email.
How do I place an order?
On the product page, choose the colour of your desired item and select your preferred add-ons if applicable. Click on ‘Add to Cart’. Ensure the items and quantity in your cart are correct. You may add special instructions (example: request for individual packaging) by checking the box labelled 'Leave a note about my order' located above the ‘Checkout’ button. When you are ready to place your order, click ‘Checkout’.

Fill in your shipping details and key in your discount code or gift card if applicable. Click ‘Continue to shipping’ and select your preferred shipping method (we offer free standard shipping worldwide, at a minimum spend). Ensure that your email and shipping address are correct. Click ’Continue to payment’.

Choose your preferred mode of payment and ensure your billing address is correct. Click on ‘Pay now’ to place your order.

You will receive an order confirmation email from us after the order has been successfully placed.

Orders that are made before 11 AM will be processed on the same day. For orders that are made after 11 AM, it will be processed on the next working day.
Do your bags come with a long adjustable bag strap?
Most of our bags do not come with a long adjustable bag strap. However, you may purchase one as an add-on.

To purchase the long adjustable bag strap as an add-on, navigate through the ‘Add-ons’ tab located on the same product page and select your desired add-on.
Where can I find the dimensions and weight of a product?
The dimensions and weight of a product can be found under the ‘Details’ tab on the product page.
How do I use a discount code?
You may enter the discount code when you checkout. On the checkout page, simply type the discount code into the relevant field and click on the ‘Apply’ button.
What are the terms and conditions for discount codes?
We usually state the full terms and conditions of a discount code as they may vary depending on the promotion.

Our discount codes are not stackable and cannot be applied on gift cards and the TOS x SIA collection. Any discount codes issued by us online are only applicable at www.toccotoscano.com.Do note that Tocco Toscano reserves the right to amend the terms and conditions as necessary.
Do you offer gift cards?
Yes, we do! You may purchase our gift cards here.
Will the product I get look exactly the same as the photographs on the website?
Depending on your screen resolution and the device you are using, there may be slight differences in the product’s colour from the photographs on the website. However, these minor variations should not be taken as defects.
Will my information and payment details be shared with any third parties?
We take your privacy very seriously and do not share or sell your information to any third party. Your information and payment details are kept strictly confidential and used for the sole purpose of contacting you about your order or matters relating to us here at Tocco Toscano. We also do not store your credit card details.
Where is your factory located?
Our factory is located in Guangzhou, China.
What kind of leathers do you use?
We generally use cowhide leather. We also use vegan-friendly materials such as apple leather and microfibre leather. Information about a product’s material can be found under the ‘Details’ tab on the product page.
Where do your leathers come from?
Our leathers are selected from renowned tanneries to maintain our high standards. They are sourced from various countries all over the world.
Will you package my items separately?
As part of our sustainability efforts, orders with multiple products will be packaged together into one box. However, individual packaging of each product is available upon request. Simply check the 'Leave a note about my order' label above the ‘Checkout’ button and type in your request.
How do I care for my leather products?

  • Avoid direct and prolonged contact with water.

  • Always wipe off any water droplets as soon as possible with a soft cloth and leave the leather to dry naturally.

  • Avoid prolonged exposure to heat as prolonged exposure will dry out the leather.

  • Frequently buff the leather with a soft cloth.

  • Regularly polish the leather with a leather cream—this will help to maintain suppleness and minimise scratches and abrasions.

What is apple leather?
Apple leather is a bio-based vegan material. As its name suggests, it is made from real apples, primarily leftover pomace and peel from the food industry that would otherwise end up in landfills, incinerated or left to decompose.

Due to its high cellulose content, pomace and peel are ideal materials for upcycling into new fabric. This apple waste is mixed with Polyurethane, a binding agent, in order to produce the apple leather that we work with. It mimics the look and feel of cow leather.
Is apple leather vegan?
This apple leather is PETA-approved vegan. It is made from a combination of apple waste and Polyurethane, both of which are non animal-based products.
How do I maintain and care for apple leather?
We recommend simply wiping the leather surface with a damp cloth, then letting it dry naturally. 

If you intend to use any kind of chemical cleaner or conditioner, we recommend, as with regular animal-based leathers, to always conduct patch tests on a small area of the leather as a precautionary measure before proceeding with the entire bag.
Is apple leather durable?
Apple leather, a bio-based leather, is durable and made to last when cared for properly as with regular animal-based leathers. It owes its durability to the addition of Polyurethane which is mixed with the apple waste to create apple leather.
Is apple leather made from renewable ingredients?
Yes, our apple leather is made in part using renewable resources. In fact, the apple leather which we source from our supplier is a USDA Certified Biobased Product (66%). The label provides information about the biobased content of a product and signifies that it is composed in whole, or in significant part, of biological products or renewable domestic agricultural materials or forestry materials. In our case, the apple leather is certified to be 66% biobased.
Can I eat apple leather?
Please don’t! It may seem tempting to try and take a bite out of our luscious apple leather. Unlike the juicy apples you can find in your kitchen, our apple leather isn’t safe for snacking. We promise it won’t be tasty either!
