What is Toscano Crew?

Toscano Crew is our free loyalty programme that rewards customers for shopping at toccotoscano.com. As a Toscano Crew member, you’ll earn points with each order, redeem them for exclusive rewards, and enjoy extra perks and experiences as you rise through the membership tiers.

How do I join the Toscano Crew membership?

Simply sign up for an account on toccotoscano.com. Signing up is free, and your membership does not expire.

I had an account with the previous TOS Rewards programme. Do I need to create a new account to join Toscano Crew?

No need to start over—if you had an account with TOS Rewards, your membership will be transferred to our new programme automatically. Simply use your existing login details to access your Toscano Crew account, and start earning points and enjoying member perks right away.

What will happen to my points and unused rewards from my previous TOS Rewards account?

Your points will be adjusted according to the new point system, and all eligible purchases in the 12 months leading up to our new loyalty programme launch (13 October 2024 – 13 October 2025) will count towards your points.

Unused rewards from your previous account will be refunded as points.

How will my tier be determined if I had a previous TOS Rewards account?

Your tier status is determined by your accumulated spend in the 12 months leading up to our new loyalty programme launch (13 October 2024 – 13 October 2025). Your tier lasts until 13 October 2026, or until you move up to the next tier.

Total spend required per tier (in SGD):

  • White: $0 - $99
  • Bronze: $100 - $349
  • Silver: $350 - $999
  • Gold: $1000 - $1999
  • Platinum: $2000 and above
Is there a difference between accumulated spend and points?

Yes, there is a difference:

Accumulated Spend

  • Determines your tier status and the rewards you enjoy
  • Only counts purchases made at toccotoscano.com
  • Excludes shipping fees
  • Resets 12 months after you qualify for your current tier

Points

  • Can be redeemed for products
  • Earned through purchases made at toccotoscano.com and other activities
  • Points earned per dollar spent (SGD) vary by tier:
  • White, Bronze, Silver: 5 points per $1
  • Gold: 6 points per $1
  • Platinum: 7 points per $1
  • Each point is valid for 12 months from the date it is awarded
Do points expire?

Yes, points expire. Each point you earn has a 12-month validity period starting from the date it is awarded. Points that are not redeemed within this timeframe will automatically expire unless stated otherwise.

Does my tier status expire?

White members
Your tier status will never expire.

Bronze, Silver, Gold, and Platinum members
Your tier status will expire 12 months after the date you qualify, or earlier if you advance to the next tier.

Tiers are based on your accumulated spend over a 12-month period. To maintain or upgrade your tier status, ensure you meet the minimum spend required for that tier.
If you don’t meet the minimum spend required for your current tier by the end of that period, you will move down a tier.

How do I earn points?

Points can be earned in a variety of ways:

  • Make a purchase on toccotoscano.com
  • Create an account on toccotoscano.com
  • Complete your profile
  • Leave a review on any products
  • Follow us on social media
  • Refer us to a friend successfully
How do I redeem a free product using my points?

You can redeem your points for free products only if your cart contains at least one paid item.

How to redeem:

  1. Sign in to your rewards account
  2. Add the item you wish to purchase in your cart
  3. Go to the rewards page and select the item you wish to redeem for points
  4. The redeemed reward should appear in your cart*
  5. Checkout as you normally would

*Rewards are held in your cart for 2 hours only. If you don’t complete the checkout within that time, the reward will be removed, and you’ll need to redeem it again.

How do I claim the permanent discount benefit?

The permanent discount (only available to Silver, Gold, and Platinum members) is automatically applied to your cart once you sign in. You’ll see it reflected at checkout.

Please note that this discount isn’t stackable with other vouchers and gift cards—using another discount code at checkout will remove the permanent discount from your cart.

I’m not based in Singapore. Will I still be able to earn points and redeem rewards?

Yes, customers based outside of Singapore can earn points and enjoy the same online rewards and benefits when they shop at toccotoscano.com.

Your spend will be converted into Singapore Dollars (SGD) to determine your tier and points:

Total spend required per tier (in SGD):

  • White: $0 - $99
  • Bronze: $100 - $349
  • Silver: $350 - $999
  • Gold: $1000 - $1999
  • Platinum: $2000 and above

Points earned per dollar spent (in SGD):

  • White, Bronze, Silver: 5 points per $1
  • Gold: 6 points per $1
  • Platinum: 7 points per $1
