CREATIVE DESIGNER (FULL-TIME)
Job summary
A Tocco Toscano Creative Designer ideates and executes creative projects that deliver the intended marketing objectives, in various relevant forms, while working closely with the rest of the #ToscanoCrew. You ensure that all work produced is high quality and on-brand.
You’re someone who gets excited about new trends, loves telling stories that connect, and knows how to keep things on-brand without losing the fun. Beyond content creation, we value someone who is curious, resourceful and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment where priorities can shift and there is always room to learn.
A Tocco Toscano Creative Designer is also a good communicator who enjoys connecting with people of all ages.
This is an in-office position.
Responsibilities
- Conceptualise and produce various high quality digital and print collateral through graphic design, photography and simple videography in accordance with brand guidelines and campaign requirements
- Ensure that content produced satisfies marketing objectives, and not purely creative ideals
- Organise all creative content churned out into easily accessible folders and files
- Adapt artworks into print-ready files with necessary details and instructions (posters, packaging etc)
- Liaise with external production companies such as printers
- Work effectively not only with the rest of the Creative team, but other departments of the company as well, to ensure smoothness in company operations
- Assist the company in non-creative and non-marketing related tasks as and when assigned
Requirements
- A strong eye for design and imagery, with a keen interest in fashion and arts
- Knowledge in using a professional camera and creating decent photographs with it
- Proficiency in the main Adobe apps such as Illustrator, Photoshop, Premiere Pro
- Excellent knowledge of the relevant social media platforms such as Instagram, TikTok and Facebook, and keeps up with new trending platforms
- A strong command of the English language, both written and spoken
- Coachable and self-motivated
- Effective communication skills, both verbally and digitally
- Adaptability
- Ability to manage own tasks and workload effectively
- Ability to work independently while being a positive team player
- Ability to handle criticisms constructively
- Work in office (WFH 1 day a week is possible when the nature of work allows)

5-day work week, 10am to 7pm from Mondays to Fridays.

PRODUCT DESIGNER (FULL-TIME)
Job summary
At Tocco Toscano, we create bags that move with women—chic, functional, and built to last. We’re looking for a Bag Designer who can create elegant, functional, and trend-forward accessories for the modern woman.
From concept to creation, you’ll bring fresh ideas, innovative materials, and thoughtful details to life—ensuring every piece is as beautiful as it is practical.
A Tocco Toscano Product Designer is also a good communicator who enjoys connecting with people of all ages.
This is an in-office position.
Responsibilities
- Conceptualise and design high-quality products that align with the brand’s ethos
- Develop detailed sketches and technical drawings for production
- Work closely with sample makers and manufacturers to create design prototypes
- Manage product development including tracking of prototype making, ensuring material availability and meeting of design specifications
- Work closely with manufacturers and suppliers to ensure quality and craftsmanship
- Work closely with marketing and merchandising teams to align collections with product storytelling and customers’ needs
- Stay informed on global trends, materials, and technology advancements in the fashion industry
- Acquire a strong working knowledge of the brand’s philosophy, products and processes
- Perform any other duties and responsibilities as and when assigned
Requirements
- Work experience in product development, specifically bags and accessories
- Proficiency in CAD software
- Experience with design programs such as Adobe Illustrator
- Knowledge in bag construction, hardware selection, and manufacturing processes
- A keen eye for detail
- Proficiency in both English and Mandarin, written and spoken
- Strong communication skills
- Adaptability
- Ability to work under pressure, in a fast-paced environment
- Ability to manage own tasks and workload effectively
