Orders will be processed on working days (Monday to Friday) excluding Saturdays, Sundays and public holidays. Delivery will take place on Monday to Saturday, excluding public holidays.
CREATING AN ACCOUNT
Creating an account enables you to enjoy a faster buying process, keep track of your order status and participate in our loyalty program. To do so, click on the account log in icon on the top right corner of the webpage. Under the Create Account section, enter your name and details and click “Create”. Afterwards, check your email for the Customer Account Activation email and click on “Activate your account”. Create your password and click “Activate Account”. You will then receive an account confirmation email.
HOW TO ORDER
When you have found the item that you wish to purchase, indicate the amount you wish to purchase, and click “ADD TO CART”.
A pop up will show on the top right hand corner showing that the item is now in your cart. Click “Checkout” when you wish to do so.
Check that your cart information is correct such as the quantity and product chosen. You may wish to leave any special instructions in the field below. Then, select “Checkout” and you will be brought to the checkout page.
If you have a discount code, key in the code in the field “Discount” on the right and click “Apply”.
Fill in your shipping details on the left and click “Continue to shipping method” when you are done.
As we have standard shipping rates based on the amount of your order, the shipping method will automatically be chosen accordingly. (Please visit the Delivery Info page for more.) Thus, you do not have to select a shipping method. Simply check that your shipping address and method is correct. Afterwards, click “Continue to payment method”.
You may choose your billing address now. Click on “Confirm order” after checking all details and you will be redirected to Paypal to make payment.
You will receive the order confirmation email from us after the order has been successfully placed.
Orders that are made before 11am will be processed on the same day. For orders that are made after 11am, it will be processed on the next working day.

CANCELLATIONS AND AMENDMENTS
To ensure that you receive your order as quickly and accurately as possible, we are unable to cancel or alter your order and any related details e.g. shipping address once it is confirmed in our system. Therefore, kindly double check your order before confirming it.
DISCOUNT CODES TERMS AND CONDITIONS
Discount codes are not stackable and do not apply on gift cards and TOS x SIA collection. Discount codes issued by Tocco Toscano online are only applicable at www.toccotoscano.com. Tocco Toscano reserves the right to amend the terms and conditions as necessary.
As part of our sustainability efforts, orders with multiple products will be packaged together into one box. Individual packaging of each product is available upon request.
